Agenda:
• 9:15 to 9:20 a.m. Call to order, Pledge of Allegiance, moment of silence
• 9:20 to 9:30 a.m. Consent agenda:
— Review and sign the following documents: resolution for transfer of payment warrants, resolution of payment of payroll warrants, substance abuse services contract for the Department of Social Services, mental health services contract for the Department of Social Services, day treatment alternative services contract for the Department of Social Services, low-income energy assistance program contracts for the Department of Social Services, and change order for Moffat County Road 4 asphalt project.
• 9:30 to 9:45 a.m. General discussion:
— Note commissioners may discuss any topic relevant to county business whether or not the topic has been specifically noted on the agenda
• 9:45 to 10 a.m. Discussion with Monica Deromedi, of EIS Solutions
— Request letter of support to the Bureau of Land Management deferring federal rules for hydraulic fracturing
• 10 to 10:15 a.m. Discussion with Tim Jantz, Moffat County Sheriff
— Discuss fire ban status
• 10:15 to 10:30 a.m. Discussion with Bill Mack and Linda DeRose, of road and bridge
— Request waiving the bid process for utilities boxes
• 10:30 to 11 a.m. Discussion with Rebecca Tyree, Moffat County attorney, and Jeremy Snow, contract attorney
— Possible executive session regarding Moffat County Road 47 litigation

— Approve a special events permit for Sept. 15 Colorado Northwestern Community College foundation dinner at the Craig campus, 2801 W. Ninth Street.
— Approve the renewal of a 3.2 percent retail beer license for City Market. No cause shown for denial.
— Approve Craig Rural Fire Protection District Board site plan to construct a live fire training tower in the Beyer Minor subdivision.
• Audiences:
— Ann Marie Roberts is requesting the approval of a temporary hotel and restaurant liquor license for the Double Barrel Steakhouse, LLC at 351 Ranney St.
— Moffat County High School student council presentation about planned trip to presidential inauguration.
• Other business:
— Overview of National League of Cities service line warranty program and approval of marketing letter.
— Resolution number six appropriating grant funds in the capital projects fund for safe routes to schools.
— Resolution number seven appropriating additional funds to the wastewater fund to replace the main emergency generator.
— Approval of clarifier painting at the wastewater treatment plant.
