MCHS hosting spring water aerobics class

The class meets from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday and Wednesdays at Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane.
There is a $30 fee for six weeks and a drop-in fee is $3.
Water aerobics improves cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and body tone while the water provides added resistance yet is less stressful on joints than traditional aerobic classes.
