April EDP meeting canceled

A Craig/Moffat Economic Development Partnership Board meeting set for April 18 has been canceled.

The regular meeting schedule will resume May 16. For more information, call the EDP office at 620-4370.

Lunch ‘N Learn set for today

A Lunch ‘N Learn presentation, part of an educational series sponsored by The Memorial Hospital in Craig, takes place from noon to 12:45 p.m. today in conference rooms A and B at TMH, 750 Hospital Loop.

The event will feature Registered Nurse Amy Knights, who will speak about diabetes, including risk factors and warning signs.

Doors open at 11:45 a.m. and a free lunch will be provided.

No reservation is required.

Sewing guild to meet

The Yampa Valley Sewing Guild meets at 10:30 a.m. today in room 205 of the Colorado Northwestern Community College Bell Tower Building, 50 College Dr. There will be a demonstration on making chenille.

Hayden Congregational hosting spring luncheon

Hayden Congregational Church will host a spring soup and salad luncheon at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, 202 E. Jefferson St., in Hayden.

The event, sponsored by Women’s Fellowship, costs $7 for adults and $3 for children.
