Moffat County Commission meeting

• 8:30 to 8:35 a.m. Call to order, Pledge of Allegiance, moment of silence
• 8:35 to 8:45 a.m. Consent agenda
Review and sign the following documents: approve July 26 and Aug. 23 meeting minutes; A/P and payroll warrant resolutions; performance warranty contract for limestone pit No. 10; core services contracts with Tom Traynor for substance abuse and mental health services; department of social services YTime trial contract.
• 8:45 to 9 a.m. General discussion

Approve renewal of the 3.2-percent beer retail liquor licenses for the three Kum & Go stores in Craig at 895 Yampa Ave., 1302 W. Victory Way and 700 E. Victory Way. No cause shown for denial.

Public hearing to consider granting a tavern liquor license to Dennis Otis, doing business as Cool Water Grille LLC, at 337 W. Victory Way.
Kandee Dilldine will present an update on this year’s Grand Olde West Days.
