The Moffat County Tourism Association board will have a special meeting at 8 a.m. Monday in the second-floor conference room at Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way.
The agenda includes action on Colorado Tourism Office Vacation Guide advertising, visitor center memorandum of understanding, YampaGeo’s interactive mapping proposal and next steps with Hill Aevium marketing research firm.

CNCC to offer banking program
Colorado Northwestern Community College will begin offering its banking and finance/small business management program on Nov. 2.
The program is offered through Virtual Classroom.

Wake-up Breakfast set for Thursday
The Craig Chamber of Commerce will host its Wake-up Breakfast from 6:47 to 7:47 a.m. Thursday at Hampton Inn & Suites, 377 Cedar Ct.
The event is hosted by the Fit Family Challenge of the Moffat Family Clinic.

American Legion hosts bingo today
American Legion Post 62 will host bingo today at the Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way.
The doors open at 4:30 p.m. and games begin at 5:45 p.m.
Preserving the Last Frontier to meet
The Preserving the Last Frontier organization will host its monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. today in the library on the second floor at Sunset Meadows I, 633 Ledford St.
Gary Collins will present on making and using Stone Age tools.
The meeting is open to the public.

Elkhead boat ramp to close on Oct. 2
Elkhead Reservoir State Park will close the boat ramp for the season on Oct. 2. The boat ramp hours until Oct. 2 are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
After the boat ramp closure, only hand-launched watercraft will be able to access the lake. The entry and exit points are at Greenwood Cove and the northeast access area.

Hayden crafts fair set for Nov. 5
Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden is sponsoring a community arts and crafts fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 5.
Crafters and artisans can reserve a booth to exhibit and sell their wares by calling 276-5001.
