To the editor:
We would like to thank the people of Craig and our Facebook friends for all their emails, calls of concern, offers of help and prayers for our grandson, Casey Greene.
Casey will need more of those prayers as he starts down the road to recovery.
We would also like to thank the U.S. Army for their help to our entire family during this time. Special thanks to Sgt. Ken Marinellie sent from Casey’s 75th Ranger Regiment at Fort Lewis in Washington. He has been at Casey’s side since he got to Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas.
We are all blessed to live in America and to be protected by the greatest Army in the world. We want to thank these young men who answered the call of duty to their country to serve and protect.
So many have made great sacrifices so when you hear the phrase, “thank a vet,” stop and think about what our Armed Forces do for you and really do thank them.
