Hunter sight-ins are scheduled at the Bears Ears Sportsman Club Cedar Mountain Range, on Moffat County Road 7 about five miles north of Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply.

Social Services to distribute USDA food
The Moffat County Department of Social Services will distribute United States Department of Agriculture food supplements this month.
Food will be distributed from 9 to 11 a.m. today at the northeast alley entrance at 595 Breeze St., from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Nov. 23 at the Maybell Community Center, and from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 23 at the Moffat County office in Dinosaur.

Love INC hosts Community Coat Drive
Love in the Name of Christ has scheduled distributions for the Community Coat Drive.
Distributions are scheduled for 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. today and Thursday at Dinosaur School, 401 Fourth St., Dinosaur; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at South Routt Elementary School, 448 E. Main St., Yampa.
Anyone in need of a winter coat, regardless of income, may pick up one for themselves and their children. The limit is one coat per person per year.
Donations of gently used coats, gloves and other accessories are accepted at Love INC, 656 School St., or Calvary Baptist Church, 1050 Yampa Ave.

Donations accepted for Christmas project
Donations will be accepted this month for Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse, in Craig.
During National Collection Week, donations are accepted from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. today through Saturday and 8 a.m. to noon Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church, 1050 Yampa Ave.
Donations include shoe boxes filled with school supplies, toys, necessity items and a letter of encouragement. Packing instructions are available at www.samaritanspurse.com/occ.
Other volunteers to process donations are also welcome.

Nativity display seeking contributions
Organizers of the Interfaith Community Nativity Display, scheduled for Dec. 1 to 3, are accepting contributions of nativity sets.
The event will run from 4 to 8 p.m. Dec. 1 and 2 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1295 W. Ninth St.

Insurance agency hosting food drive
Bob Johnson State Farm Agency is hosting a food drive to benefit Interfaith Food Bank.
Nonperishable food and monetary donations will continue to be collected at the insurance office, 690 W. Victory Way, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The deadline for Thanksgiving donations is Nov. 18. The deadline for Christmas donations is Dec. 16.
