One of the worst grand olde west days I have seen. The carnival has been horrible for the last 8 years. Downtown, slowly going down hill, but not so bad - until today. Bad weather? No money? Not sure why, but this year seemed like grand olde west days was just "there" because it was Memorial weekend, and thats what we do every year. I have seen more items for sale, more people, and more smiles at a garage sale.
