American Legion Post 62 bingo, regularly scheduled for today, has been postponed to June 4 at the Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way.

Doors open at 5 p.m. and bingo begins at 5:45 p.m.

Hayden dance to benefit Relay for Life

The Hayden H.E.A.T. Relay for Life team is hosting a fundraiser dance from 9 p.m. to close today at the Hiway Bar, 136 E. Jefferson St., Hayden.

DJ Rodney McGown will provide music for dancing, and there will be a silent auction. The cost is $10 per person, which includes two drinks.

All cover charges and proceeds from beer sales will benefit Relay for Life.

Last Frontier meeting postponed

The monthly meeting of the Preserving the Last Frontier organization, scheduled for today, has been postponed due to weekend activities.

Missionary visiting local Church

Missionary Kennedy Cruz will share his story about the work that he does in Cambodia during a presentation at 9 a.m. Sunday at Friendship United Methodist Church, 700 Barclay St.

GOWD horse show postponed

The second annual Draft Horse Show & Jackpot Feed Team Race will not be part of this year’s Grand Olde West Days activities.

The show, originally scheduled for Sunday at the Moffat County Fairgrounds Arena, will be tentatively moved to Aug. 7.

The temporary cancellation is a precautionary measure against the spread of the disease EHV-1 among horses.

Reception to be held for Dr. Roberts

A going-away reception for Dr. Greg Roberts is scheduled for 5 to 8 p.m. June 9 at The Center of Craig, 601 Yampa Ave.
