Jubilee Venture, LLC; 19754 E. Euclid Drive, Centennial, Colorado 80016, Phone 720-289-1455, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Hard Rock/Metal Mining Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as the Eagle Mine Project, and is located at or near SE ¼ NE ¼ Sec 2, T. 10N., Range 92 W., 6th Prime Meridian, Moffat County, Colorado.

The proposed commencement date is July 1, 2011, and the proposed date of completion is July 1, 2018. The proposed future use of the land is range land.

Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety by 4PM on July 1, 2011.
