Clinton Thomas Mann, 20, of Tonalea, Ariz., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving while impaired, failure to provide registration, driving with a license under restraint, illegal possession and consumption of ethyl alcohol by a minor and false reporting to authorities.
