NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Mark and Betty Wick, applicants, has submitted an Application to vacate the current Schell Exemption E-98-01 and have applied for a new Exemption from Subdivision Regulations located at Sections 29 and 30; T7N, R93W of the 6th P.M., Moffat County Colorado.
The Moffat County Planning Commission and the Moffat County Commissioners would appreciate any comments that you may have that would help them make a more informed decision. A public hearing will be held before the Moffat County Planning Commission on June 7, 2011at 6:30 p.m. in the Craig City Council Chambers located at 300 West 4th Street, Craig Colorado.
A public hearing will be held before the Moffat County Commissioners on June 14, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. in the Commissioner's Conference Room located on the main floor, east end of the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way, Craig, Colorado. The application is available for public inspection in the Planning Department during normal business hours. Exemption Regulations can be found on-line at www.colorado.gov/moffatcounty under the Planning Department.
