Yampa Valley Golf Course will host the 11th annual The Memorial Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament on June 24.
Check-in will be at 11 a.m., and the shotgun start is slated for noon.
The tournament will be a four-person scramble format to benefit The Memorial Hospital Foundation.
The entry fee is $50 per person, or $200 per team, and includes 18 holes of golf, a golf cart, all-you-can eat burgers and a chance to win cash prizes.
Mulligans may be purchased and mulligan tickets will be used in drawings for Colorado Rockies tickets, gift certificates and more.
There will also be prizes for a chipping pond, straightest drive and closest to the pin.
The deadline to register is June 20.

Annual golf tournament slated for Saturday
The Moffat County Sheriff’s Office will host the 24th annual Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament on Saturday at Yampa Valley Golf Course, 2179 Colorado Highway 394.
The tournament will be a four-person scramble and it’s scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m.
The entry fee is $40 per person plus green fees for non-members. Two mulligans per player may be purchased before the start of the tournament, as well.
First-, second- and third-place teams in both net and gross divisions will receive pro shop credits. Prizes will also be rewarded for closest to the pin and straightest drives.
All skill levels are welcome.
Proceeds will benefit Moffat County High School graduates.
