Friday, July 1

Tyler Scott Smercina, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/consumption of ethyl alcohol by a minor, leaving the scene of an accident without providing required information, duty to report accidents, and reckless driving.

Timberli Lane Evans, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Saturday, July 2

Fredrick Loren Cattoor, 53, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, turning movements and required signals, possession of marijuana, and tampering with physical evidence.

Debbie Sue Bertram, 53, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of harassment, third-degree assault, and domestic violence.

James Edward Johnson, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, failure to stop for a traffic control signal, and child abuse.

Sunday, July 3

Levi Lee Hallock, 20, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, violating registration provisions, compulsory insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of controlled substance.

Elizabeth Palma-Chavez, 29, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and parking lights.

Michael Anthony Spreier, 44, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Deborah White, 55, of Riverton, Wyo., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving while ability impaired and speeding.

Monday, July 4

Abbie L. Woolery, 52, of Maybell, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

James Dwain Thomas, 48, of Maybell, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of criminal mischief, obstruction of telephone or telegraph service and third-degree assault.
