Pre-game

The Moffat County High School boys varsity basketball team will travel 42 miles down the highway to Steamboat Springs for tonight’s Western Slope League rivalry game against the Sailors.

The game is slated for 7:30 p.m. at Steamboat Springs High School, 45 E. Maple St.

The Bulldogs and Sailors have two common opponents this season — Eagle Valley and Delta. The Sailors defeated both those teams, while the Bulldogs fell to both.

The Bulldogs (2-13 overall, 1-4 WSL) will look to senior guards Dylon Camilletti and Zach Raftopoulos to set the pace for the team offensively.

Head coach David Bradshaw said he will focus on shutting down the Sailors (8-7 overall, 3-2 WSL) on the perimeter.

Tonight is the first of two games this season between the two squads.
