To the editor:
I am writing about an incident that I observed Wednesday morning.
As I was driving on Colorado Avenue and reached the intersection with Seventh Street, I saw a car coming down the hill traveling at a high rate of speed.
There were several children walking on their way to school.
This is not the first time I have seen cars driving at higher than posted speeds in this area.
Our children use this road. Please remember this as you drive on Seventh Street.
I wonder that if this intersection had a four-way stop if it might help with this problem.
