ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The City of Craig is accepting bids for the 2011 Construction Materials, ie road base, pit run, 3/8" chips, and other gravel materials. Bids will be due at the Council Chambers at City Hall, 300 West Fourth Street, Craig, Colorado 81625 at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Award of bid will be at the City Council meeting on February 8, 2011. Specifications may be obtained by contacting Public Works Director Bill Earley at (970) 826-2014.

No bid shall be withdrawn after opening the bid without the consent of the City of Craig for a period of 30 days after the scheduled time for opening of the bids.

The City of Craig reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.

The bids must be completely filled out on the bid form provided. Bids shall be addressed to the City of Craig and shall have the name of the bidder and "2011 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS " written thereon.
