LEGAL NOTICE

Moffat County, Colorado will open sealed bids at 221 West Victory Way, Craig, CO, 81625 on February 10, 2011 at 9am for the purchase of a new full size 4x4 pickup for the Moffat County Sheriffs Office. Bids must be submitted no later than February 9, 2010 at 4pm in the Moffat County Sheriffs Office, 800 W 1st Street, Suite 100, Craig, CO 81625.

Interested parties should obtain an Advertisement for Bid along with the Bid Specifications from the Moffat County Public Purchase website or the Moffat County Sheriffs Office at 800 W. 1st Street Suite 100, 970-824-4495. Contact person is Charlene Abdella.

The Moffat County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid that is to the best interest of Moffat County, Colorado. The award of the bid is contingent upon the County and the successful bidder negotiating a mutually agreeable contract.
