All branches of the Moffat County Libraries are closed in observance of President’s Day. Branches reopen Tuesday.

9 a.m. The seventh annual Winter Festival kicks off at Wyman Museum, 94350 E. U.S. Highway 40, with X-Treme Mountain Snow-X Racing. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children and students with ID. Call 824-6346.

10 a.m. Winter Festival continues with an antique snowmobile show at Wyman Museum, 94350 E. U.S. Highway 40. Call 824-6346.

11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Craig Chamber of Commerce hosts its annual Chili Cook-Off at Wyman’s Winter Festival. Judging takes place at 12:30 p.m. Visitors can sample all entries for $1 or buy a bowl for $3.

11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Girl Scout cookies are sold at Walmart, 2000 W. Victory Way, and Safeway, 1295 W. Victory Way.

11 to 4:30 p.m. Girl Scout cookies are sold at City Market, 505 W. Victory Way.

Noon. Warrior Freestyle presents stunt shows at Wyman’s Winter Festival at 94350 E. U.S. Highway 40. Call 824-6346.

Noon to 5 p.m. Girl Scout cookies are sold at Walgreens, 750 W. Victory Way.

2 p.m. The annual Cardboard Box Derby takes place at Winter Festival at 94350 E. U.S. Highway 40. Call 824-6346.

2 p.m. Linda Battson, a Baggs, Wyo., resident, hosts a reading of her recently published poetry book “What kind crazy” at Downtown Books, 543 Yampa Ave. Call 824-5343.

6 p.m. Warrior Freestyle presents stunt shows at Winter Festival at 94350 E. U.S. Highway 40. A fireworks show follows the second performance. Call 824-6346.

6:15 p.m. American Legion Post 62 hosts bingo at the Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way. Doors open at 5 p.m. Anyone is welcome. Call the American Legion at 824-3625.

7 p.m. An adult co-ed soccer league plays at the Boys & Girls Club of Craig, 1324 E. U.S. Highway 40. The cost is $2 per player.

4 p.m. The God Delusion/Reason for God discussion group meets at McDonald’s. The group discusses topics on both sides of faith.
