American Legion Post 62 is hosting bingo tonight at the Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way. Doors open at 5 p.m. and games begin at 6:15 p.m.

Museum’s Winter Festival starts today
The seventh annual Wyman’s Winter Festival takes place today and Sunday at Wyman Museum, 94350 E. U.S. Highway 40.
New features for this year’s event include a snowmobile stunt show by Warrior Freestyle, sled dog demonstrations and an opportunity to shoot .22-caliber rifles in an enclosed shooting range.
Other attractions include an antique snowmobile show, snowmobile racing, cardboard sled racing and more. Events begin at 9 a.m. today and Sunday.
Admission on Saturday is $10 for adults and $5 for children and students with ID. Admission is free Sunday.

Sunday fundraiser to benefit Craig man
A fundraiser to benefit Jeff Goffe, who has stage 4 melanoma, is scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Mercury Café, 2199 California St., in Denver.
Proceeds will help Goffe, who lives in Craig and works for Craig Ford, cover medical costs and take time off work to spend time with his grandchildren.
The event will include live music and a silent auction.
Those who cannot attend but still want to help can send donations to Goffe at 333 Birch St., Craig, CO 81625.
Preparedness and Self Reliance Fair set
The 2011 Community Preparedness and Self Reliance Fair is scheduled for Feb. 25 and 26 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1295 W. Ninth St., in Craig.
The fair runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 25 and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 26.
It will include information and demonstrations throughout both days on topics such as three-month storage plans, 72-hour kits, pressure cookers, fire safety, financial planning and will preparation, and ham radios.
There will also be drawings for a 72-hour kit, emergency crank radio, boxes of water and cans of food. This is the event’s third year.
