Fundraiser to benefit Craig man

A fundraiser to benefit Jeff Goffe, who has stage 4 melanoma, is scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Mercury Café, 2199 California St., in Denver.

Proceeds will help Goffe, who lives in Craig and works for Craig Ford, cover medical costs and take time off work to spend time with his grandchildren.

The event will include live music and a silent auction. Those who cannot attend but still want to help can send donations to Goffe at 333 Birch St., Craig, CO 81625.

Blood drive set for Feb. 22 at TMH

A community blood drive will take place from 12:30 to 6 p.m. Feb. 22 in the conference room at The Memorial Hospital in Craig, 750 Hospital Loop.

One blood donation can help three people, according to a news release.

Sale proceeds to assist Jane Milligan

A bake sale scheduled for Feb. 26 in front of City Market is part of the “Save Jane Campaign.”

A group of local residents is raising money for Jane Milligan’s upcoming kidney transplant.
