Briefs for Feb. 14, 2011: Wyman Museum hosting dinner

Wyman Museum, 94350 E. U.S. Highway 40, is hosting its third annual Romantic Dinner today.

The dinner, which begins at 6 p.m., includes prime rib and crab. The cost is $50 per person. Sleigh rides will take place after dinner, and a Moffat County High School jazz band quartet will perform.

There will also be a silent auction, and a Valentine’s Day gift for two people.

All proceeds benefit the museum’s Winter Festival.

Airport board meeting today

The Craig/Moffat County Airport Advisory Board is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. today at the Craig/Moffat County Airport Terminal.

The meeting is open to the public, and the agenda includes the election of a new chairman and vice chairman, as well as the adoption of bylaws with new language on alternate members.

The next board meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. March 14.

The Moffat County Land Use Board is meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the main floor conference room at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way. The agenda is below:
