Flags on all state and federal buildings are to be lowered in honor of Army Specialist Joshua R. Campbell, 22, of Bennett. Campbell died Jan. 29 in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. A memorial service are scheduled for today in Aurora.
