Bears Ears Tea Party Patriots: Thanks for all the help

To the editor:

On April 15, we hosted our second annual Freedom Rally on the Moffat County Courthouse lawn.

We would like to thank all the concerned and caring citizens who attended in spite of the chilly weather.

We would especially like to thank the speakers and entertainers who shared their wisdom, talents and insight to help us get our message out, that we stand for a Constitutional-based government as outlined by our forefathers, of the people, by the people and for the people.

Lisa Watts, thank you for leading us as our emcee.

Chuck McConnell, thank you for your Pledge of Allegiance.

Gale Norman, thank you and your fellow servicemen and women for fighting for our freedoms to be able to have rallies like this.

Thank you, Rich Beeson, for proudly leading us in the National Anthem and Lynne Herring for defining our mission. Thank you also to Rich Norman, Wanda Brown and Daniel Shafer for all your hard work and great performance.

Thank you to Greg Pulscher. We appreciate your passion and insight in getting a young conservative movement organized. We support you in your endeavors.

Rob Douglas, you did it again. You always say what we need to hear. Thank you, and congratulations on your first anniversary of being full-time on the air. We love the Cari and Rob show.

Michael Holler, thank you for dedicating your time, effort and knowledge of the Constitution. We greatly appreciate all the research and truth you shared with us during the event April 15 and your class April 16. We look forward to seeing you back in September.

It was very enlightening to see everyone, young and old, renew their oath to uphold the Constitution of this great nation.

We would also like to thank the many businesses that generously donated door prizes for the event. We can’t tell you how much we appreciate all you do.

If you received a door prize, be sure to stop in and recognize these businesses.

Thank you, fellow patriots, for all your support and hard work to make the rally such a success. We hope to see you all at 7 p.m. May 5 at The Center of Craig for our regular monthly meeting featuring Dr. Kelly Victory, a health care authority, and Joyce Shaffer, a well-known vocalist and voice for the tea party patriots.
