Youth basketball skills days set for players

All participants in Craig Parks and Recreation’s youth basketball program are required to attend mandatory skills days at Sunset Elementary School.

The skills day is at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday for third- and fourth-grade boys and girls, and at 3:30 p.m. Thursday for fifth- and sixth-grade boys and girls.

Registration for the season, which runs from Oct. 19 through Dec. 10, is now closed, but the league is still in need of volunteer coaches.
