Business Beat: Bank of Colorado president graduates from CU banking program

David Dempster, branch president of the Bank of Colorado in Craig, has completed the graduate school of banking at Colorado, according to a news release.
The program provides training to banking professionals in the areas of “management and leadership,” the release reported.
Dempster was among more than 100 banking professionals to graduate from the course this year, which was the program’s 60th anniversary.

New owners take on local locksmith business
Rocky Innes has sold his business, Locksmith of Craig, to Yvonne and Roy McAnally, also of Craig.
The business will be co-located at the offices of American Northwest Realty, which is co-owned by Yvonne and Roy McAnally, as well as Jamie McAnally.
When asked why he made the decision to acquire the business, Roy McAnally said, “An opportunity to diversify, it also is a great fit for real estate, because houses and locks go together. It is also one more way to help the community.”
Both businesses will be located at 105 E. Victory Way.
