10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Story-time takes place at the Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St. Families can enjoy guest speakers, skits, activities and songs. Call 824-5116.
4 to 6 p.m. A free hot lunch is served at St. Michael Catholic Church, 678 School St. The church is looking for volunteers to help set up and cook, as well as drivers to deliver meals. Call 824-5330.

7 p.m. Fellowship Group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 657 Green St. Call 326-6646.
7 to 9 p.m. Celebrate Recovery meets at 1150 W. Ninth St. The group is designed to help people overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups. Childcare is provided and late-comers are welcome. Call 824-5926.
Saturday, Sept. 4
Moffat County Libraries are closed in observance of Labor Day.
1 p.m. The Moffat County High School boys varsity soccer team plays Montezuma-Cortez High School at Loudy-Simpson Park, 500 S. Ranney St.
2 p.m. Downtown Books, 543 Yampa Ave., hosts a book signing with author Daphne Stroh and her new book “Life’s Other Realm.” Books will be available during the signing. Call 824-5343.
