Craig AARP Chapter 1418 will meet at 2 p.m. Monday at Sunset Meadows I, 633 Ledford St. The meeting is open to the public.

Libraries closed beginning Nov. 25

All branches of the Moffat County Libraries will be closed Nov. 25 through 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.

All branches will reopen Nov. 29.

Trash pickups to be done in advance

The city of Craig Solid Waste Department will not provide residential trash service on Nov. 25 and 26.

The pickup schedule will be rearranged temporarily to accommodate the Thanksgiving holiday, with pickups done in advance throughout the week.

Monday and Tuesday’s pickups will be done Monday, and Wednesday and Thursday’s pickups Tuesday. Friday’s pickups will be on Wednesday.
