MJK Sales, a local hardware store, is hosting its annual sale until Sunday.

Free brats or hotdogs and a Pepsi will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Also on Saturday, the first 100 customers to bring in a propane bottle can have it filled for free with a minimum $25 purchase.

There are also sales on things such as barbecue grills, sand and rock, lawn chemicals and equipment, paint, tack and much more.

New consignment store

Located at 124 W. Victory Way in Craig is Sharyn’s Upscale Consignment.

Open since April 1, Sharyn’s offers a variety of items ranging from women’s and men’s clothing, house wares, seasonal items, and furniture, among others.

Sharon Martin is the owner of the new store. She relocated to Craig in March after previously owning and managing an accounting firm in Glenwood Springs.

That time of year

Suzanne Meyer and Grady Ely have opened a new landscaping business.

In addition to selling shrubs, vegetables, flowers and custom planters at 1815 County Road 183, they are also offering free estimates in Craig for lawn maintenance, installing trees, sod, blockwalls, irrigation systems, fences and much more.
