1:30 p.m. Preserving the Last Frontier hosts its monthly meeting in the second floor conference room at Sunset Meadows I, 633 Ledford St. The Museum of Northwest Colorado will present a program on old brands and branding. The meeting is open to the public. Call 824-6360.

3 p.m. Abdoul Doumbia will perform on his own and with several workshops he taught throughout the week in the Craig Middle School auditorium. The Moffat County High School Jazz Band and the Yampa Valley Chorus of Sweet Adelines International will also perform. The event is free and open to the public.

3 p.m. The Page Turners Book Club meets at Downtown Books, 543 Yampa Ave., to discuss Jeffrey Eugenides’ “Middlesex.” The event is open to the public. Call 824-5343.

6:15 p.m. American Legion Post 62 bingo takes place at the Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way. Doors open at 5 p.m. The event is open to the public. Call 824-3625.

7 p.m. The Steamboat Springs Orchestra performs at the Moffat County High School auditorium, 900 Finley Lane. The orchestra will perform two works by Czech composer Antonin Dvorak. Tickets are $15 at the door. Call 870-3223.

1 p.m. An open meeting of Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Call Bud at 824-1793.

4 p.m. The God Delusion/Reason for God discussion group meets at McDonald’s. The group discusses topics on both sides of faith.
