Jay Todd Christopher Max, 19, of Los Angeles, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of speeding.

Virgil Francis Brown, 40, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving on roadways laned for traffic, failure to obey traffic control devices, resisting arrest and eluding or attempting to elude a police officer.

Bethany L. Labonte, 27, of Meeker, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of failing to drive in a single lane, driving under the influence and driving under the influence of liquor.

Cody Ward Cox, 27, of Roseburrow, N.C., was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Cody Allen Richardson, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, criminal mischief and harassment.
