Daffodils to benefit Hospice will be on sale today at City Market, Safeway and the Visiting Nurse Association offices in Craig, as well as the Hayden Merchantile.
Daffodils are $5 a bunch.
Funds raised help provide Hospice care for terminally ill patients in the Yampa Valley.

Food orders can be submitted this week
Purchasing for SHARE Craig food orders is scheduled for today and Wednesday.
Orders will be taken at 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. today at Sunset Meadows II and I, respectively. On Wednesday, residents may submit orders from 4:45 to 6:45 p.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, 638 School St.

Conservation group sponsoring meeting
The Colorado First Conservation District is sponsoring a herd quitter meeting from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Moffat County Fairgrounds. The meeting is free and open to the public.
Herd quitter is a term coined by Kit Pharo, of the Pharo Cattle Co., to describe ranchers who are “willing to think outside the box and embrace unconventional, high-output, sustainable agriculture,” according to a news release from the Conservation District.
“Kit believes that ranching should be both profitable and enjoyable,” according to the news release. “Kit will be presenting an innovative approach to ranchers on grazing, calving and cow size.”
