Special food supplement distributions will take place from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday at 330 Stegosaurus Freeway, Dinosaur, and 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at 595 Breeze St., Craig.
The Moffat County Department of Social Services will receive a special allotment of food supplement items during the next three months. During this time additional distributions at alternating distribution sites will occur.
Social Services anticipates cheese will be one of the special items available.

VNA hosts open house for Cole White
Community members are invited to stop by the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association, 745 Russell St., from 4 to 5 p.m. today to say goodbye to Cole White.
White is leaving his position as director of operations to take the position of chief financial officer for Kremmling Memorial Hospital.
MCTA to vote today on director
The Moffat County Tourism Association board meets at 10:30 a.m. today in the conference room at Yampa Valley Bank, 435 Mack Lane, to discuss and vote on the director position.

Hospice daffodil sales approaching
Daffodil sales to benefit Hospice will be on sale on March 9 at City Market, Safeway and the Visiting Nurse Association offices in Craig, as well as the Hayden Merchantile.
The daffodils are $5 a bunch.
Funds raised help to provide Hospice care for terminally ill patients in the Yampa Valley.
