8:30 a.m. The Moffat County Commission meets at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way. The meeting is open to the public. Call 824-5517.

11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A free hot lunch is served at St. Michael Catholic Church, 678 School St. The church is looking for volunteers to help set up and cook. Call 824-5330.

Noon. The Craig Lions Club meets at the Golden Cavvy, 538 Yampa Ave. Visitors are welcome. The Lions Club is an international organization that provides the community with vision projects and eye screenings for area children. Call Al Shepherd at 824-6697.

12:30 to 6 p.m. A Craig community blood drive takes place at the Center of Craig, 601 Yampa Ave. Walk-ins are welcome.

1 to 8 p.m. The Craig Pool Complex is open for swimming. The cost is $4 for adults 18 and older; $3.25 for swimmers 12 to 17; $3 for swimmers 4 to 11; and swimmers 3 and younger and 55 and older swim for free. Call the pool at 824-3015.

4:45 p.m. Craig Parks and Recreation youth baseball plays at Woodbury Sports Complex, 350 S. Mack Lane.

5:45 p.m. Craig Parks and Recreation girls softball plays at Loudy-Simpson Park, 500 S. Ranney St.

5:45 p.m. Craig Parks and Recreation T-Ball plays at Woodbury Sports Complex, 350 S. Mack Lane.

6:45 p.m. Craig Parks and Recreation coach pitch baseball plays at Woodbury Sports Complex, 350 S. Mack Lane.

7:30 p.m. The Craig City Council meets in the council chambers of Craig City Hall, 300 W. Fourth St. Call 824-8151.
