Rapper/singer set to perform at Church
Ridgeview Church of God, 690 Riford Road, is hosting a performance by Soulja, a Christian rapper/singer this weekend.

Deadline for New York trip is Sunday
The trip deposit deadline is nearing for Colorado Northwestern Community College’s Lifelong Learning Adventure to New York City.
The trip is scheduled for Nov. 11 to 15 with flights out of and into Yampa Valley Regional Airport.
The cost is $2,150, or $2,025 for Colorado residents older than 62 and $1,900 for Moffat County residents older than 62.
The fee includes transportation from CNCC-Craig Campus, four nights lodging, four full breakfasts, three dinners, one luncheon, admission to the United Nations, Lincoln Center with “Meet a Star” program, Ellis Island, Manhattan, NBC Studios, Brooklyn, and orchestra or first mezzanine seating to a Broadway musical.
A trip deposit of $600 is due by Sunday.

Immunization clinic slated for students
The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is hosting a drop-in immunization clinic for kindergarten through high school students next week at the VNA’s office in Craig, 745 Russell St.
The clinic is scheduled for noon to 2 p.m. Thursday.
Immunizations will be offered for up to $14 per shot. Parents are asked to bring their child’s immunization records, and are required to be at the clinic.

Elks bingo includes ‘guaranteed jackpot’
The Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way, is hosting bingo at 6:15 p.m. tonight.
The games will include one guaranteed jackpot of more than $2,000, the Elks Club reported. There will be 13 more games with payouts of either $40 or $50. There will also be games with $100 payouts.
