Castle Ranch Steakhouse, located inside the Holiday Inn of Craig, has hired Rolfy Chavez as chef.
Chavez previously worked for the steakhouse, but returned to improve the operation after being gone for about a year.
“Amazing creative culinary talents, tenure in the business … as well as strong, working knowledge of the steakhouse,” said Missy Arnett, hotel director of food and beverage, when asked about Chavez.
