“May I ask you a stupid question,” I said to my friend one day.
She replied that there is no such thing as a stupid question.
The night before last, I was reminded of that as I was listening to an Evangelist priest make the remark, “A question is not the sign of ignorance, a question is a sign of intelligence — wanting to know something.”
So, I am becoming more intelligent as I grow older because I tend to ask more questions, mostly to my daughter, Jane.
But, hey, do you have a birthday, anniversary or company you’d like to let us know about? Age doesn’t matter. We enjoy hearing from people of all ages here at Sunset Meadows, and I’m sure others would, too.
Speaking of birthdays this week, I have Perry Van Dorn, who is 95 years young, Kirby Barber and Delores Yoast.
Get well/speedy recovery to Walt Cisar, Jerry Teeter, Jerry Ide, Louise Lux, Tony Balleck and Jim Wells.
The noon potluck is Friday at Sunset Meadows I.
You all come on over. See you there.
