Wade Allen Simonton, 48, of Vernal, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of escaping from jail and theft from a building.

Friday, Jan. 1

Rebecca Lindsey, 28, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving a vehicle with excessive alcohol content and blood/breath and careless driving.

Saturday, Jan. 2

Marquez Rico Mariano, 37, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence per se and driving under the influence of liquor.

Aaron Dee Reidhead, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault.

Raymond Rodriguez, 62, of Thornton, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of harassment, prohibited use of a weapon and taking while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Shawn Alan Sulzner, 43, of Hayden, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving without headlights, failure to drive in a single lane, driving without a license and compulsory insurance.

David Justin Bailey, 27, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of first-degree burglary forced entry of a residence and third-degree assault.

Dustan Jacob Bailey, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of first-degree burglary forced entry of a residence, third-degree assault, criminal mischief and domestic violence.
