A 17-year-old Steamboat Springs student reportedly turned himself in to police and returned most of the $7,000 in money stolen from Holy Name Catholic Church in November. Then, last week, someone stole baby Jesus, Joseph and a lamb from the church’s downtown Nativity scene.
