Sports Briefs: Craig Sea Sharks set to swim again

The Craig Sea Sharks competitive swim club will have a registration session at 4 p.m. March 10 at the Craig fire station.

The Sea Sharks are composed of swimmers ages 5 to 18 who can swim the length of the Moffat County High School pool.

Silver team registration costs $130, and gold team registration is $230.

The first Sea Sharks practice will be at 4:30 p.m. April 9 at the MCHS pool, 900 Finley Lane.

Anyone unable to make the March 10 date can hand in his or her registration poolside.

CMS wrestling season to begin this weekend

The Craig Middle School seventh- and eighth-grade wrestling season will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday when the Bulldogs host a tournament.

On March 6, the teams will compete in Hayden, then March 13 at Soroco, March 20 in Meeker and March 27 in Steamboat Springs.
