Girls earn 47-26 win against Palisade

The MCHS girls varsity basketball team defeated Palisade, 47-26, today.
The team was leading 36-18 at the end of the third quarter, 19-12 at halftime and 8-5 at the end of the first quarter.
With today's win, the team evened the season series with the Palisade Bulldogs (4-14 overall, 4-6 in the WSL).
The Bulldogs also won Friday night, topping visiting Delta, 55-24 at home.
Junior Lauren Roberts had 15 points for Moffat County (8-10 overall, 6-3 in the Western Slope League) on Friday.
