6:50 a.m. The Craig Rotary Club meets at the Golden Cavvy, 538 Yampa Ave. Visitors are welcome to attend. Call 826-4444.
8:30 a.m. The Moffat County Commission meets at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way. The meeting is open to the public. Call 824-5517.
Noon. The Red Hat Society potluck takes place at the Craig Fire Station. Call Peggie Lawton at 824-2338.
Noon to 2 p.m. A free hot lunch is served at at St. Michael Catholic Church, 678 School St. The church is looking for volunteers to help set up and cook, as well as drivers to deliver meals. Call 824-5330.
Noon. The Craig Lions Club meets at the Golden Cavvy, 538 Yampa Ave. Visitors are welcome. The Lions Club is an international organization that provides the community with vision projects and eye screenings for area children. Call Al Shepherd at 824-6697.
5 to 8 p.m. Nurturing Parenting classes are in the boardroom at the Moffat County School District administrative building, 775 Yampa Ave. All classes are free, and dinner is served. Call Lynae Ellgen at 826-6282.
6 to 7 p.m. Open lap swimming takes place at the Moffat County High School swimming pool, 900 Finley Lane. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students. Punch and season passes are available. Call 826-6557.
7 to 8 p.m. Intercambio, a free Spanish and English conversation group, meets at the Boys & Girls Club of Craig, 1324 E. U.S. Highway 40. The objective is to integrate immigrants and locals. E-mail Eveline Bacon at learn@ciiccolorado.org.

8 p.m. A closed meeting of Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Closed meetings are only for people with a desire to stop drinking. Call Bud at 824-1793.
Wednesday, Feb. 3
9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Aging Well Program sponsors Wellness Wednesdays for adults ages 50 and older. Options include art, writing and exercise classes. Lunch is served at each week’s lunchtime presentation. This event takes place at American Legion Post 62, 1055 County Road 7. Call 871-7676 for more information.
