9:30 a.m. Moffat County hosts a public hearing on a revised transport permit application for oversized loads and a proposed resolution adopting the revisions at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way. The meeting is open to the public.

10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Story-time takes place at the Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St. Families can enjoy guest speakers, skits, activities and songs. Call 824-5116.

6:45 p.m. The Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way, hosts special New Years Eve bingo games. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. for a regular session of 14 games with a total guaranteed pot of $2,300. 7 p.m. Fellowship Group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 657 Green St. Call 326-6646.
