The third annual Parade of Museums, hosted by Wyman Museum, is slated for Dec. 18.
The tour departs at 7 a.m. from Wyman Museum, and museum owner Lou Wyman will share stories on the bus ride to Savery, Wyo.
Participants will receive a personalized tour of the Little Snake River Museum as well as a light breakfast.
The next stop is Three Forks Ranch, where participants will enjoy more than 180 pieces of original Western art and bronzes by various artists, including Remington, Tayson and Cooper.
The Three Forks personal pastry chef will prepare a treat for participants during high tea.
Participants will then head back to Craig for the Museum of Northwest Colorado, where they will see the gingerbread house entries on display and receive a personal tour.
Lunch will include a soup bar, with three homemade choices, and bread.
Participants will wrap up their day with a tour at Wyman Museum, ending at about 4 p.m.
There will also be sleigh rides, a meet-and-greet with Santa and hot cocoa at Wyman Museum.
Tickets for the Parade of Museums are $30 and are available at the Museum of Northwest Colorado, 590 Yampa Ave., and Wyman Museum, 94350 E. U.S. Highway 40. Limited seating is available.
Also happening at Wyman Museum on Dec. 18 is Christ-
mas for Kids. Activities will run from 1 to 4 p.m.
Children can make Christmas crafts and ornaments, visit with Santa and take sleigh rides, drink hot cocoa and sing Christmas carols.
There is no charge for the Christmas for Kids activities.
