Organizers of the Moffat County Fair offer a reminder to fair photography exhibitors.
Due to space limitations, all entered photographs must be able to hang.
The Moffat County Fair runs Sunday to Aug. 14.

Immunization clinic slated for Thursday
The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is hosting a drop-in immunization clinic for kindergarten through high school students this week at the VNA’s office in Craig, 745 Russell St.
The clinic is scheduled for noon to 2 p.m. Thursday.
Immunizations will be offered for up to $14 per shot. Parents are asked to bring their child’s immunization records, and are required to be at the clinic.

Steamboat to host painting monks
Bud Werner Memorial Library in Steamboat Springs presents “Mandala on the Yampa,” in which 10 monks will spend five days creating a mandala sand painting, later this month.
The Tibetan Buddhist monks are from Drepung Loseling Monastery.
The event opens at 11 a.m. Aug. 14 with a ceremony and continues until 6 p.m. Aug. 14 through Aug. 18. A closing ceremony is scheduled for 7 p.m. Aug. 18.
The painting will be conducted at Library Hall, 1289 Lincoln Ave., and community members are welcome to view the work free of charge through the four-day span.

Kiwanis Club hosts golf tournament
The 16th annual Craig Kiwanis Club Scholarship Golf Tournament is set for an 8 a.m. shotgun start Saturday at Yampa Valley Golf Course.
The format is a four-person scramble and is open to anyone who wants to play.
The cost is $70 per player for adults and $35 per player for youths ages 16 and younger.
Each team must include at least one adult player. The first 25 teams to pay will participate.
The tournament is dedicated to Dan Ovenden.
