Group set to plan awareness day
The Independent Life Center, 483 Yampa Ave., will host a meeting at 5 p.m. today to organize and plan Disability Awareness Day.
The ILC is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act being signed into law.

9News Health Fair scheduled for May
Kristi Shepherd, 9News Health Fair site coordinator, said the senior draw for those 65 and older will take place from 7 to 11 a.m. April 29 at Sunset Meadows II, 595 Ledford St. Preregistration for the senior draw is scheduled for 9 to 11 a.m. April 24, also at Sunset Meadows II.
The primary health fair will be 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 1 at Sunset Elementary School, 800 W. Seventh St.
