The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association's Aging Well program will begin offering a free, six-session class, Healthier Living Colorado, on Wednesday. The class will teach participants new ways to cope with ongoing conditions such as diabetes, heart and lung disease, arthritis or asthma, to name a few.
