MCHS runs record to 3-0
MCHS vying for third straight win to begin the season

The Moffat County High School Bulldogs continued their winning streak Friday night with a dominating 45-7 win against Battle Mountain. For more on this story, see Saturday's Daily Press or visit www.craigdailypress.com.
Mason Updike adds another touchdown, this one coming on an 11-yard touchdown run. MCHS running away with the game, 45-7, at the end of the third quarter.
Mason Updike scampers for a 53-yard touchdown run, giving MCHS a 38-7 advantage.
Second quarter
Battle Mountain gets on the board with an 89-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. MCHS leads 31-7 at the half.
Halen Raymond kicked a field goal, making the score 31-0 MCHS.
Linsacum scored on a 1-yard quarterback sneak. Extra point is good. MCHS leads, 28-0.
The scores keep coming for MCHS. Quarterback Matt Linsacum connected with Brady Conner on a 27-yard touchdown pass. Extra point was good. MCHS leads 21-0.
Jason Kettle rattled off another long touchdown run, this one good for 79 yards. MCHS added a two-point conversion and now leads Battle Mountain 14-0.
First quarter
MCHS delivered the first blow in Friday night's contest on Jason Kettle's 60-yard touchdown run. MCHS leads, 6-0.
The Moffat County High School football team, 2-0 on the season, are back in action tonight against Western Slope League opponent Battle Mountain at MCHS, 900 Finley Lane.
The game has just kicked off with Battle Mountain receiving the ball first.
