- Shelly and Justin Duzik, of Craig, announce the birth of their son, Carter Layne Duzik, at 2:25 p.m. June 1, 2009 at The Memorial Hospital in Craig. The baby weighed 7 pounds and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Don and Patty Kroese, of Craig, and great-grandmother is Delores O’Conner, of Omaha, Neb. Paternal grandparents are Bob and Marie Duzik, of Craig, and Mike and Jana Bradley, of Mexico. The great-grandmother is Loraine Caine, of Mexico. The baby was welcomed home by his brothers, Ryan and Kaleb.
- Gina and Grant Neptune, of Littleton, announce the birth of their son, Gentry Jo Neptune, on Aug. 6. The baby weighed five pounds, 12 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Pat Neptune, of Craig, and the late Rev. Gary Neptune. Paternal grandparents are John Nicoletti, of Lakewood, and Kathy Drake, of Conifer. The baby was welcomed home by sibling Grayson John Neptune, who is 20 months old.
