- Kathryn Herald and Joe Muldoon, of Craig, announce the birth of their daughter, Kassidee Lynne Muldoon, at 6:39 a.m. Aug. 29, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Kimberly and John Svoboda, of Rosamond, Calif.; and Larry and Peggy Herald, of Denver.
- Vernoica and Trenton Kochenower, of Oak Creek, announce the birth of their daughter, Zayleigh Rose Meckley-Kochenower, at 5:59 p.m. Sept. 1, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Mike Kochenower, of Craig, and Jan Meckley, of Oak Creek. The baby was welcomed home by a sibling, William Kochenower.
